Fall has arrived here at Baloo’s Mountain Cabin, with its beautiful scenery and foliage in all its autumn glory. The days are cool, and the nights are crisp, this is the best time of the year to visit the Smoky mountains. Take a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway, hike the mountain trails, or stop at one of the vineyards to enjoy a glass of wine. There is nothing like sitting on a vineyard patio with a lovely glass of wine enjoying the incredible views, surrounded by nature. A great way to enjoy a crisp chilly evening, sitting out on the porch cozied up with a blanket or by the fire sipping a glass of wine from one of the local vineyards.
Fall is not complete without Pumpkin Patches, Corn mazes, Apple Picking, and Hayrides, from the local farms. Fall festivals are fun for the entire family check out the events at Franklin and its surrounding towns.
