Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Nantahala Forest from the wrap-around porch of this gorgeous three-story log cabin nestled in the woods. With high ceilings, knotty pine features, and beautiful all year around views, you’ll have it all at Baloo’s Mountain Cabin! The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you may need from rustling up tasty breakfasts, leisurely lunches, to delicious full-course dinners for all the family to enjoy. Gather for a meal at the dining table, where you can catch up on the best stories of the day, then move on to the main living room to watch your favorite streamed shows/movies on the flatscreen TV with surround sound and cozy up by the wood-burning stone fireplace on those chilly nights or grab a drink and relax out on the covered porch by the gas fire-pit.

While this quiet and secluded home is hidden away from the hustle and bustle, it is still just minutes from outdoor adventures, exciting attractions and so much more, if you love hiking, white-water rafting you won’t have to travel far for fun if you choose to venture out, or you can just sit on the deck and soak up the views, relax and listen to the sounds of nature.

The Smoky Mountains offers breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor activities, like Gem mining, hiking, biking, horseback riding, boating, fishing, kayaking and white-water rafting.
